Color & Base Fabric
. A rich rust/burnt orange base, giving it a warm, traditional appeal. The fabric has a smooth, lustrous finish typical of quality silk.
Body Design
. The body features elegant gold zari woven floral motifs (buttis) — large flower clusters with leaves, repeated at regular intervals. These are likely woven using traditional brocade/jacquard technique.
Border (Zari Border)
. A wide, ornate gold zari border with intricate patterns including geometric and floral designs, layered in multiple bands — a hallmark of South Indian weaving traditions.
Pallu
. The visible end (pallu) shows a heavily embellished gold zari section with dense, elaborate floral and scroll patterns — very rich and grand looking.
Contrast
. There’s a dark maroon/deep wine contrast border edge, which beautifully frames the gold zari work.
Color Disclaimer: Slight variations in color may occur due to photography lighting and individual screen settings.
Care Instructions: For best results, dry clean the saree for the first few washes. We do not recommend machine washing, as it may affect the fabric’s texture and longevity.
